- Providing professional and technical advice on labour law and labour disputes
- Consulting the branches (board) on issues of industrial relations
- Advise on identification of core issues of employers with regards to industrial relations major areas of complaints and state of collective bargaining and social dialogue Advocate for unionization organize employers association and keep records and evidences of activities made regarding industrial relation
- Produce Training Manual on various areas of employer employee relationship and render training
- Prepare and submit progress report
- Place of work : Addis Ababa

- Term of Employment: 1 year with possible extension
