In Ethiopia, CRS has a long and rich history of providing emergency relief and development assistance to the people of Ethiopia since 1958: At present, CRS/ Ethiopia implements multiple projects through different partner organizations. CRS/Ethiopia has a highly diverse portfolio currently focusing on community-based food and livelihood security through activities in agriculture, health, peacebuilding, WASH, emergency relief, and savings and lending. CRS is active in nearly all regions of Ethiopia: Tigray, Amhara, Oromia, Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ Region (SNNPR), Somali, Benishangul Gumuz, Afar, and Dire Dawa Regions.

Livelihoods Assistance Oromia Projects:

CRS Ethiopia is seeking qualified candidates for the anticipated Livelihoods Assistance Oromia project (LAO), a five-year

USAID- funded Feed the Future project. The consortium- designed LAO will ensure that Productive Safety Net Program (PSNP) IV households (HHs) have improved their sustainable economic well-being. The project will focus on livelihoods and will work in PSNP communities in PSNP communities in Oromia: ZewayDugda, ArsiNegele, Shala, ATJK, Dodota, Sire, Siraro, and Boset. The employments will be for a duration of 5 years’ contingent upon funding of the LAO Project.

2. Position: MEAL Manager

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Reports to: LAO Chief of Party

3. Position: Youth & Employment Officer
